Steps:

  • In a blender mix all ingredients until well blended.
  • Pour in a container of choice and keep it in the fridge.
  • It's lower in calories than the stuff you buy in the store. The stuff I had was 50 calories per 1 tbsp ( if you want creamer usually you don't use just 1 tbsp) and this is 50 calories for 1/4 cup.

Nutrition Facts : Calories 34, Sodium 0.6, Carbohydrate 7.3, Sugar 7.3

1 1/4 cups almond milk (or soy milk)
3 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon extract, of your choice (extra vanilla extract, almond extract, orange extract or any other extract)
2 tablespoons honey (I may do this a little less next time)
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum (I actually left this out, it's to thicken it)

  • Note: There will be a lot of sweetness from the raisins. But once the creamer is in the coffee, you may actually need a bit more sweetness, depending on your tastes. That's where the maple syrup comes in. You can add it to your creamer or simply to your coffee. Either way. I've also found that you can actually blend the raisins into the creamer and then strain out the chunky bits. That increases the sweetness as well.
