Everyone raves when I bring this refreshing, creamy grape salad to potlucks. For a special finishing touch, sprinkle it with brown sugar and pecans. -Marge Elling, Jenison, Michigan

- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until blended. Add grapes and toss to coat. , Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans just before serving.

- Wash the grapes and dry thoroughly with paper towels. Put the dry grapes in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar and vanilla. Mix well using an electric mixer. Pour this mixture over the grapes and toss together until all the grapes are coated. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Just before serving, sprinkle with the brown sugar and pecans.

- Place pecans in a skillet over medium-low heat; cook and stir until pecans are toasted and fragrant, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into a heatproof bowl; stir to prevent nuts from overcooking.

- In a mixing bowl-Beat cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla and sugar together. Add grapes to mixture and stir until well coated.
- In a large serving dish add coated grapes. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and crushed nuts. Sprinkle on top until completely covered.
- Chill in the refrigerator overnight. Serve and enjoy!
