COWBOY BAKED BEANS
Baked cowboy beans are a perennial favorite at barbecues and potlucks. My meaty recipe uses a variety of beans and has a perfect smoky taste. -Joe Sherwood, Tryon, Nebraska

COWBOY BAKED BEANS
Definitely not quick, but well worth the wait, these beans are thick, sweet, and tangy. I've never served these without someone requesting the recipe.

COWBOY BAKE BEANS
All our friends love this dish...it tastes so good with ground beef and a blend of different beans. Brown sugar and mustard are a nice accent to the tomato paste.-Linda Biggs, Canfield, Ohio

- Cook beans until throughly hot maybe 15 minutes then add the velveeta cheese on top put back into stove until cheese is melted.
- Take out and stir.
- Enjoy!
- I had to really guess on measurements and cooking times because with this recipe I never measure exact amount. I know that I use way more Velveeta Cheese. I guess you can play with the recipe until you find your personal likings.
