- In a large bowl, combine first nine ingredients. Place bread on ungreased baking sheets. Broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn slices; spread each with 1 rounded tablespoonful of seafood mixture. Broil 4-5 minutes longer or until heated through.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together crabmeat, green onion, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder.
- Separate dinner rolls into 3 pieces each. Spoon equal portions of the crabmeat mixture onto the roll pieces. Top with water chestnuts.
- Bake in the preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.

- In a small bowl, combine the cheese spread, crab, butter, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Spread over muffin halves. , Place in two ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cut each muffin half into quarters. Serve warm.

Steps:
- In skillet, melt butter and lightly saute celery, onion, and green bell pepper.
- Remove from heat and blend in flour.
- Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.
- Add to skillet and bring to boil, stirring constantly.
- Cook sauce over medium heat for about 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- Lightly toss remaining ingredients except buttered crumbs and 1/2 c. shredded swiss cheese in crockpot.
- Add sauce; stir lightly to blend.
- Cover and cook on high for 3 to 5 hours.
- Pour contents of crockpot into shallow heatproof serving dish.
- Cover with buttered bread crumbs and sprinkle with 1/2 c.shredded cheese.
- Set under broiler until cheese is melted and bread crumbs are crunchy brown.

This version of crab bites will melt in your mouth. My mother-in-law whips these up for holiday gatherings and they always go fast.

- Mix the first 6 ingredients together.
- Spread on muffins. Cut into quarters and freeze on a cookie sheet.
- These store well in a plastic bag in the freezer until ready to cook.
- Cook from frozen at 400º for 10 minutes or until nicely browned and bubbly.
