CRACKER BARREL SPECIAL SCRAMBLED EGGS
I don't think that any explanation or intro is needed for a Cracker Barrel recipe. :) From Cracker Barrel's Old Fashioned Country Cooking.

Steps:
- 1. Beat the eggs with a fork until well beaten.
- 2. Blend in the cheese, sour cream, seasonings, and bacon; set aside.
- 3. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the butter. Pour in the egg mixture.
- 4. As it cooks, stir gently with a spoon, continuing until the eggs are set.

This is a recipe for a breakfast dish I grew up on. It's also a copycat recipe. Who knew?....This recipe, I've been told, is from one of Todd Wilbur's books.

Steps:
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Use one small biscuit cutter or a small juice jar to press into the sourdough bread. Twist slightly so the bread "cuts" and you can remove the cut out circle.
- Spread the margarine or butter on both sides of the bread and place the bread into the pan. Place the cracked egg into the hole.
- When the bread is toasted on the bottom side (it takes about a minute), flip the bread over and allow to toast on the other side. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
