GRANDMA'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE
When it comes to weeknight dinner, casseroles are king. This super-simple, five-ingredient chicken casserole recipe comes together quickly and bakes up beautifully. It's sure to be your quick-meal go to for at-home dinners and a reliable favorite for bake-and-take potluck dinners.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Place chicken evenly in bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. Spoon and spread soup evenly over chicken; sprinkle with cheese.
- In medium bowl, stir bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over cheese. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread crumbs are golden brown and thoroughly heated.

Steps:
- 1. Cook and crumble bacon. While bacon is cooking, cut chicken into bite-sized chunks. Set cooked bacon aside for later use. In the same pan, cook chicken in bacon drippings. Add garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
- 2. While chicken is cooking, prepare pasta according to directions. Spray a 9×13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 400.
- 3. Drain pasta, return to pot. Add chicken, both cans of cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of Monterrey Jack cheese - stir to mix well. Pour into prepared baking dish. Top with crumbled bacon. Top with remaining cup of Monterrey Jack cheese. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes, just until cheese is melted and beginning to brown on top

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease a 9x13 pan. Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions. Drain and pour pasta to prepared pan.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. Add in onion and saute 5 to 7 minutes, until softened. Stir in garlic and flour and cook 1 minute. Slowly pour in chicken broth and milk, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Once mixture has thickened, stir in peas, cheddar cheese, and chicken. Turn off the heat and stir until cheese has melted. Pour over pasta in the 9x13 pan.
- In a small bowl, use a fork to mix together crushed crackers, parmesan, and olive oil. Sprinkle over the pasta.
