Orange and vanilla flavored coffee. I use Torani's sugar-free syrups, but any brand, or sugared ones will work. I use a French Press pot to brew my coffee and "steam" the milk in a microwave frother. Also good iced.

Brew coffee. Pour into large mug.
Stir in syrups.
Add steamed milk to taste, with some foam on the top.

Steps:

Whip the cream until stiff.
Add the sugar and continue whipping.
Add the eggs once at a time, beating continuously.
Add the orange juice and vanilla pudding, beat until smooth.
Pour into ice cream container and freeze.

Steps:

Stir milk, orange juice, and orange zest together in a bowl. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a separate large bowl. Whisk egg, butter, and vanilla extract into the orange juice mixture. Whisk orange juice mixture into flour mixture until smooth batter forms.
Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat. Drop batter in 1/4-cup spoonfuls onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side, 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.

Measure out 1 cup of coffee grounds into a mason jar and add 3 cups of filtered water. Give it a good stir and make sure that all of the coffee grounds get saturated with water. Cover with a towel and let it sit for 12-24 hours at room temperature.
Once your coffee has finished brewing the next step is to strain the grounds. You can do this with a cheesecloth and a fine mesh strainer but I prefer a reusable alternative. My Ellie's Best nut milk bag works great!
Add ice to a cup and get to pouring that coffee! I typically like my iced lattes pretty creamy so I add quite a bit of milk or half and half. You may enjoy it with less so just experiment and see what works best.
Add in your vanilla extract and essential oil. Since essential oils are pretty strong I've found that one whole drop is a bit much. Soaking a toothpick in the oil and then dipping in your coffee works perfectly!
