CREAMY DEVILED EGGS

Deviled eggs are a classic and one of Martha Stewart's favorite hors d'oeuvres. Deviled eggs are crowd-pleasing party snack that are the perfect way to start a casual evening. Make this creamy deviled egg recipe and get your party started in 30 minutes or less!

Creamy Deviled Eggs image

Steps:

  • Place eggs in a medium saucepan; add cold water to cover by 1 inch. Bring to a rolling boil. Remove pan from heat; cover, and let stand 13 minutes. Drain, and run eggs under cold water to cool them.
  • Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, shallot, and hot sauce.
  • Peel eggs, and halve lengthwise; remove yolks, leaving whites intact. Transfer yolks to bowl with mayonnaise mixture, and season with salt and pepper. Mash with a fork until smooth.
  • Mound yolk mixture into whites. Sprinkle with paprika just before serving, or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 8 hours.

Steps:

  • Cut eggs lengthwise in half; reserve for later use.
  • Remove yolks; mash in medium bowl. Add mayo, relish, mustard and pepper; mix well.
  • Spoon or pipe yolk mixture evenly into centers of reserved egg whites.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.

Steps:

  • 1. Cut your boiled eggs lengthwise in half. Remove the yolks and place in a small bowl. Mashed the yolks and add the chicken, mayonnaise, onion, Dijon, dry mustard, hot sauce, salt, pepper and parsley. Mix well.
  • 2. I use a small baggie to pipe into the whites. Snip a corner from the bag and pipe equal amounts into each egg white and sprinkle with paprika to garnish.
  • 3. Enjoy!

1/2 c cooked & fine chopped chicken breast
6 hard boiled eggs - shelled and halved
3 1/2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbsp grated or finely minced sweet onion
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Steps:

  • Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool under cold running water, and peel. Cut the eggs in half, and place the yolks in a bowl. Reserve the whites.

Steps:

  • Place eggs into a large pot and cover with lightly salted water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium; boil eggs for 10 to 12 minutes. Drain the boiling water and fill pot with cold water. After 2 to 3 minutes, pour off water and replace with more cold water. Repeat until eggs are fully chilled, 10 to 15 minutes. Peel eggs.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a small skillet over medium heat and cook and stir onion until translucent, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Slice eggs in half lengthwise and scoop yolks into a bowl; transfer egg white halves to a plate. Mash egg yolks with a fork; stir in sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch dressing, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon pepper seasoning until yolk mixture is smooth.
