Get a doubly mango-y and creamy dessert when you combine mango flavor gelatin, cold mango nectar and smooth cream cheese.

Steps:

  • Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold nectar. Remove 1-1/2 cups of the gelatin; set aside for later use. (Do not refrigerate.) Pour remaining gelatin into 8 individual dessert dishes. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set but not firm. (Gelatin should stick to finger when touched.)
  • Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until creamy. Gradually add reserved 1-1/2 cups gelatin, beating until well blended. Spoon over gelatin in dishes.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix graham crumbs, butter and sugar; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
  • Meanwhile, peel and pit 1 mango; place in blender. Add cream cheese; blend until smooth. Transfer to medium bowl. Whisk in COOL WHIP.
  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water to make 1/2 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove and discard any unmelted ice. Add mango mixture; whisk until blended. Refrigerate 15 to 20 min. or until mixture is thick enough to mound.
  • Spoon gelatin mixture into crust. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  • Peel and slice remaining mango just before serving pie; arrange over pie.

  • Add 3/4 cup boiling water to 1 pkg. orange gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Refrigerate 10 min. or until cooled. Whisk in 1/2 cup sour cream. Pour into 8-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 30 min. or until thickened but not set.
