CREAMY ORANGE POPS

You can also make these creamsicle-inspired pops in small disposable paper cups -- simply peel away the paper to unmold.

Creamy Orange Pops image

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, combine juice concentrate and sugar over medium-low. Cook, stirring, until sugar is dissolved, 3 minutes.
  • Stir in yogurt and vanilla. Transfer to a large liquid-measuring cup, pour into ten 3-ounce ice-pop molds, and insert ice-pop sticks. Freeze until pops are solid, about 6 hours (or up to 1 week). Briefly run molds under hot water to release pops.

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, combine water and sugar; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 3-4 minutes or until sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat; stir in juices., Fill molds or cups with 1/4 cup juice mixture. Top molds with holders. If using cups, top with foil and insert sticks through foil. Freeze until firm.,

Creamy Layered Blueberry Ice Pops image

Steps:

  • For lemon syrup, place first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 10 minutes. Remove rosemary and lemon zest. Stir in lemon juice; cool completely., Place blueberries and sugar in another saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat until berries pop, 5-7 minutes. Cool completely., Add whipped topping to the lemon syrup, whisking to blend. Transfer half the mixture to a pastry bag. Pipe into molds. Layer with blueberries. Pipe the remaining whipped topping mixture over top. Close molds with holders. If using paper cups, top with foil and insert sticks through foil., Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. To serve, dip pop molds briefly in warm water before removing.

Steps:

  • Stir boiling juice into combined dry gelatin mix and sugar in medium bowl at least 2 min. until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add enough ice to cold juice to measure 2/3 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove and discard any unmelted ice.
  • Add whipped topping to gelatin mixture; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Pour evenly into 6 (5-oz.) paper or plastic cups. Insert a wooden pop stick into each cup for handle.
  • Freeze 5 hours or until firm. To remove pop from cup, place bottom of cup under warm running water for 15 sec. Press firmly on bottom of cup to release pop. (Do not twist or pull pop stick.) Cover and store leftover pops in freezer.
