Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°. Beat cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter, chives, milk, salt and pepper until blended. Stir in chicken., Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into eight rectangles; press perforations together. Spoon about 1/2 cup chicken mixture in the center of each rectangle. Bring edges up to the center and pinch to seal. Brush with remaining butter. Sprinkle with crushed stuffing, lightly pressing down., Transfer to ungreased baking sheets. Bake until golden brown, 20-25 minutes. Freeze option: Freeze unbaked bundles on baking sheets until firm; transfer to a freezer container. May be frozen up to 2 months. To use, thaw in refrigerator. Bake as directed, increasing time as necessary to heat through.

CRESCENT CHICKEN BUNDLES
Steps:
- Boil chicken breasts until done on stovetop. When done, remove chicken from broth (reserving broth for another use) and chop chicken into small chunks. Set aside. Chop onion until fine. Add to the chicken. Stir in the cream cheese until chicken is well coated. Add parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Unwrap crescent rolls. Pinch 2 rolls together at seams to make rectangle. Drop spoonfuls of chicken mixture onto rolls. Fold corners together making a bun shape bundle. Turn over placing sealed side down. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.

SAUCY CRESCENT CHICKEN BUNDLES
Steps:
- Mix chicken, onion, cream cheese, salt, pepper and cheese. Unroll and separate crescent rolls. Flatten each triangle to make it bigger. Spoon mixture into each triangle and fold up around mixture.
- Place seam side down on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
- Sauce: Mix chicken soup and milk. Warm up and pour over them before serving.

BAKED CHICKEN IN CRESCENT ROLLS FOR 2
This is my version of a recipe that was in a local magazine from our power company. I changed around a few of the ingredients and scaled it to feed two. Hope you enjoy. I love it because it is pretty quick and easy. Just add a salad and green beans and you have a wonderful meal.

Steps:
- Poach the chicken for 15 minutes in enough water to cover; salt and pepper the water; remove from water, cool and cut into 4 pieces.
- Divide the crescent rolls and roll chicken in the rolls (you will not use but 4 of the rolls, so you will have 4 left over to cook for your bread) Place the chicken into a 8x8 casserole dish which has been sprayed with pam or buttered.
- Place seam side down.
- Heat soup, milk and 1/2 cup cheese in a small sauce pan until cheese is melted.
- Pour over chicken bundles and then sprinkle the other 1/2 cup cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees until rolls are golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
- NOTE: I always freeze the water that I use to poach the chicken in 2 cup servings.
- I then use this in the place of water in soups and stews.

CHICKEN BUNDLES LAYERED CASSEROLE
The original recipe calls for the filling to be placed by spoonfuls into the crescent rolls, but I found it a pain in the butt to fold them, so I have made this recipe into a layered casserole! If you would like to try making bundles, just put a heaping tablespoon of the chicken and cheese into the center of each flattened triangle, and then fold the triangle as if you are folding a cloth diaper (fold in the two long points and then the short point over the filling), and pinch together the edges to seal.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Separate the crescent rolls into 8 triangles; flatten and stretch each one out.
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with 4 of the triangles (keeping 2 triangles as a rectangle will help them to fit perfectly- you will end up with 2 rectangles in the bottom of the pan).
- Sprinkle the chicken and most of the shredded cheese over the crescent"rectangles".
- Reserve some cheese for topping off the entire dish.
- Create 2 more rectangles from the remaining 4 crescent triangles and place them on top of the chicken and cheese.
- Mix together the chicken broth and the Cream of Chicken soup; pour over crescent rectangles.
- Sprinkle any left-over cheese on top.
- Bake at 350° for one hour, until the crescents are golden brown.
- Cut into about 6 servings, or whatever number fits your family!
