A creamy, Cheddar cheesy soup sauce cooked with chicken and a little seasoning in a slow cooker. This is an easy way to enjoy a great chicken dinner, even when you run out of time!! The trick is do not lift lid while cooking! Make with rice, pasta, or potatoes.

- Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Place chicken breasts inside. In a medium bowl mix together soup and milk, and pour mixture over chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garlic powder.
- Cook on High for about 6 hours. Note: Do not lift lid while cooking!

CROCK POT HOT CHEESY CHICKEN DIP
Great for football games or appetizers for a casual get-to-gether. From Cooking with Reynolds Wrap. It says to use a slow cooker liner to make clean up easy, but I just put it straight into the crock. 2 hours of cook time, is the time it takes to cook in the crock pot.

- Put everything into the slow cooker EXCEPT GREEN ONIONS and mix as best as possible.
- Cook on LOW 2 hours until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
- Shift crock pot setting to WARM.
- Add green onions and gently stir to combine.
- Serve directly out of crock pot on warm setting.
- I serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.

CROCK POT CHICKEN DIP
I had this at a potluck and begged for the recipe. It's so creamy and full of flavor that you just want to carry the whole pot of it to your table and keep it for yourself. I'm thinking it could be made a bit lighter in calories if low-fat versions of soup, sour cream, cream cheese and Velveeta are chosen. *Note added 11/1/08*: Apparently, this recipe is not the same as the one I tasted at the potluck! I no longer work with the woman who "shared" the recipe, so I cannot check the ingredients. I apologize to the 2 chefs here and anyone else who has made this with poor results. For future reviews, I'd love to have suggestions to make this work properly! The dip should be creamy and scoop-able with chips. Again, my apologies!

- Blend the tomatoes & chilies in a food processor then pour into a crock pot. Add the water & frozen chicken breasts, cover with a lid & cook on low for 3 hours.
- Remove the chicken & shred, place back into the crock pot. Stir in the Velveeta & spices.
- Mix the flour with a small amount of water. Stir into the crock pot & recover with a lid. Cook for another hour.
- Turn off the pot then stir in the sour cream. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

This is a great football game crock pot dip I created that my husband loves (AND it's healthier than most cheese dips)! I wanted to make something creamy that didn't use processed Velveeta. **Note: Since Recipezaar wasn't able to calculate the cheese into the nutritional data, here is my approximation for the nutrition facts based on Sargento's Reduced Fat 4-Cheese Mexican blend: Add and EXTRA 40 calories, 3g total fat, and 3.5g protein per serving of dip. - Place frozen (or thawed) chicken breasts in crock pot with the garlic and Rotel tomatoes. Cook until chicken is fully cooked and can be shredded easily (mine took about 3 hours on high).
- Shred chicken while it's still in crock pot.
- Add all other ingredients to the chicken/tomato mixture (leave all juices that were created) and continue to cook on low until the dip is hot and creamy! I let mine sit in the crock pot on low for about an hour and then switched it to warm until we were ready to eat.
