Steps:
- Place turkey breast into a slow cooker. Combine butter, whipped cream cheese spread, soy sauce, parsley, basil, sage, thyme, black pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl until smooth. Brush herb mixture over the turkey breast. Cover slow cooker.
- Cook until turkey is tender, 4 to 6 hours on High or 8 to 10 hours on Low.

- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, then brush them over the turkey breast.

HERB-ROASTED TURKEY BREAST
Rather than roast an entire bird, try Ina Garten's Herb-Roasted Turkey Breast for a flavorful alternative. Rosemary, sage and thyme star in this recipe.

- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Place the turkey breast, skin side up, on a rack in a roasting pan.
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic, mustard, herbs, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice to make a paste. Loosen the skin from the meat gently with your fingers and smear half of the paste directly on the meat. Spread the remaining paste evenly on the skin. Pour the wine into the bottom of the roasting pan.
- Roast the turkey for 1 3/4 to 2 hours, until the skin is golden brown and an instant-read thermometer registers 165 degrees F when inserted into the thickest and meatiest areas of the breast. (I test in several places.) If the skin is over-browning, cover the breast loosely with aluminum foil. When the turkey is done, cover with foil and allow it to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes. Slice and serve with the pan juices spooned over the turkey.

- Combine 1/4 cup flour, the chopped thyme, paprika, garlic, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl. Rub all over the turkey, then transfer to a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Combine the remaining 1/4 cup flour, the wine, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon parsley and the bay leaves in a medium bowl. Scatter the carrots, celery, onion, potatoes and thyme sprigs over and around the turkey in the slow cooker. Pour in the wine mixture, then cover and cook on low, 7 hours.
- Transfer the turkey to a cutting board. Skim off the fat from the gravy in the slow cooker and discard the bay leaves. Stir in the remaining 1 tablespoon parsley and season with salt and pepper. Slice the turkey and serve with the vegetables and gravy.

- Layer carrots and celery, in order given, in 3 1/2 to 4 quart crock pot.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in large frying pan on medium. Add onion. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring often, until onion is softened and starting to brown. Add to crock pot.
- Combine minced garlic, 1 tsp olive oil, paprika and pepper in small dish.
- Rub spice mixture on turkey breast roast. Place over onions in crock pot.
- Pour broth around roast. Sprinkle with Italian sodium-free seasoning. Cook, covered, on low for 7 to 8 hours or on high for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Transfer meat to cutting board. Cover with foil. Let stand for 10 minutes.
- Stir evaporated milk into flour in small bowl until smooth. Add to crock pot. Stir. Cook, coered on high for about 15 minutes until boiling and slightly thickened. Cut roast into thin slices. Arrange on serving platter. Spoon vegetables and sauce over top.

- Place turkey breast into a large slow cooker. Whisk onion soup mix and water in a bowl and pour the mixture over the turkey breast, spreading it out to evenly cover the meat.
- Stir garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, seasoned salt, basil, and oregano in a bowl until thoroughly combined; sprinkle the seasonings over the turkey breast.

- In a small bowl, soften the butter in the microwave for a few seconds if it's not already soft (don't completely melt it). Spread a little bit of the butter in the bottom of your slow cooker, then place the sliced onions in the slow cooker.
- Remove the turkey breast from the packaging and discard any twine used for trussing, gravy inserts, etc. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. I like to place paper towels on a rimmed baking sheet, place the turkey breast on top, and pat the top dry.
- To make the rub, add the kosher salt (2 teaspoons- see notes if using butterball or pre-brined turkey!), black pepper (1/2 teaspoon), garlic powder (1 teaspoon), dried oregano (1 teaspoon), dried thyme (1 teaspoon), paprika (1 teaspoon), and turmeric, if using (1/2 teaspoon) to the softened butter and stir together to form a paste.
- Spread a little of the rub on the bottom of the turkey, then place it in the slow cooker. If the turkey comes with skin, lift it up gently and spread some of the rub under the skin. Place the skin back on top and spread the majority of the rub all over the top of the turkey breast evenly.

- Loosen skin (video helpful): Pat breast dry. Use small knife to cut slit on one side to separate skin from flesh. Slide upside tablespoon between flesh and skin, all over turkey.
