Cucumbercocktail Recipes

Steps:

• Mix together cream cheese and dressing mix with a small amount of milk until of spreadable consistancy.
• Spread on rye bread slices.
• Place 1-2 slices of cucumber on top.
• Sprinkle with dill weed.

• Add the gin, Cucumber-Thyme Juice and 1 sprig thyme to a shaker with ice and shake until well combined. Strain into a glass with ice, pour in the tonic and stir. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and a sprig of thyme.

• TWIST 3: For an herbal variation, try crushing fresh basil, dill or mint instead of parsley.
• TWIST 4: For an alcohol variation, use gin instead of vodka.
