Dirty Dry Martini Recipes

Steps:

• Mix all the ingredients (except the olive) in a coctail mixer with 2 ice cubes.
• Put it in a frozen martini glass and the olive on a wooden stick.

• Fill a shaker with ice. Add 1 ounce olive juice and 2 ounces each gin and dry vermouth. Shake well, then strain into a martini glass. Add a dash of bitters and garnish with an olive.

• Put the pimentos, vodka, vermouth, oil, lime juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper in a food processor. Pulse until smooth, but still slightly chunky. Add the olives, onions, olive brine and garlic, and pulse until coarsely chopped. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour or overnight. Garnish with sliced olives and a few cocktail onions. Serve with vegetable chips.

• Shake ingredients with ice in cocktail shaker and strain. Serve chilled.

• Pour all ingredients into a pitcher.
• Add ice and stir until cold; pour through strainer into glass with onion or olive, as preferred.

• Form the blue cheese into 12 narrow tube shapes and stuff them into the pitted olives. Skewer 3 olives on each of 4 cocktail picks.
• Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vodka, vermouth and olive brine. Shake vigorously, then strain the cocktail into 4 martini glasses. Garnish with the olives and serve immediately.

• Add olive juice and Smirnoff No.21 Vodka. Stir and strain into a pre-chilled martini glass. Garnish with cold olives.;

• In mixing glass or cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine gin and vermouth. Stir well, about 30 seconds, then strain into martini glass. Garnish with olive or lemon twist and serve.

• Put two martini glasses in the fridge to chill. Thread the olives onto two cocktail sticks and set aside.
• Fill a jug or mixing glass with the ice, then pour in the gin, vermouth and olive brine. Stir until the outside of the jug feels cold. Taste to make sure that it's icy cold and that you're happy with the dilution.
• Strain the mix into the chilled glasses and garnish with the olive skewers.

• Note: I've been unable to locate peppar voda lately so have been using Recipe #272674 to make my own. Instead of habenero chili's I've used jalapenos.
