EASY STUFFED MUSHROOMS
This is a an easy recipe but big on taste! Servings is only estimated depending on the size of your mushrooms, this complete recipe may be doubled.

Steps:
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter a shallow baking dish.
- Clean mushrooms with a brush (do not use water to clean the mushrooms).
- Gently twist off stems, setting mushroom caps aside.
- Finely chop stems, very small.
- In a bowl mix crumbs with the chopped stems, melted butter, Parmesan, salt (I use seasoned salt), black pepper and garlic powder.
- Fill caps with crumb mixture.
- Top with grated mozza cheese (at this point, the mushrooms may be refrigerated then baked at a later time).
- Set caps on buttered baking dish.
- Bake for about 7-8 mins, or until cheese is melted, and mushrooms are hot.

DOUBLE STUFFED MUSHROOMS
Stuff mushrooms with leftover stuffing for a bite that's twice as nice.

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Pop the stems from the mushrooms and reserve for another use. Using a melon baller or spoon, gently scoop out any remaining stem from inside the mushroom caps. Brush the outside of the caps with 1 tablespoon of the oil. Set the caps aside.
- Put the leftover stuffing, parsley, butter, egg, a large pinch of salt and a few grinds of pepper in a large bowl. Use your hands to combine the mixture and squeeze it together.
- Pack each mushroom with an equal amount of filling and transfer the filled mushrooms to a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle the tops with the remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Bake until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is brown and crispy on top, about 15 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before removing from the baking sheet.
EASY TWO INGREDIENT STUFFED MUSHROOMS
This is a very easy and very tasty way to make stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. It's so easy that I actually got the recipe because a friend of mine made them on a camping trip...if you can make them in the wilderness just imagine how easy they are in your kitchen.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- With a knife or a spoon fill the mushrooms with the cheese spread.
- Place the mushrooms in an oven safe dish and bake for 10-20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and cheese is heated through.
- Enjoy!
- Note: you can use any kind of cheese spread that you find in the fancy cheese section of your grocery store, but my personal favorite is the garlic and herb kind. Also the number of mushrooms that will work in this recipe is very subjective as it depends on the size of mushrooms that you use, as well as how much you stuff them. I can get 12 medium-large mushrooms over stuffed with one full container.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Chop enough stem to yield one cup. Use a pastry brush to brush the caps with vegetable oil.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine. Add chopped stems and onion to the hot butter. Saute the mixture for 4 minutes, remove it from the heat and let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mushroom-onion mixture, crabmeat, cream cheese, egg, 1 cup bread crumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper. Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps. Arrange the caps on the prepared cookie sheet.
- In a small skillet, melt the remaining butter and add the remaining bread crumbs to the melted butter. Once the bread crumbs are coated lightly sprinkle them over the mushroom caps.
- Bake for 15 minutes.

EASY VEGETARIAN STUFFED MUSHROOMS
These vegetarian stuffed mushrooms are quick and easy to make. You only need a handful of ingredients and your guests will love them.

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushroom caps and saute until soft and browned, about 2 1/2 minutes per side. Transfer to a baking dish.
- Add diced mushroom stems to the same skillet, adding more butter if needed. Saute until mushrooms have softened, about 3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl along with any pan juices. Add cream cheese, green onions, and chives and mix while still hot. Stuff mixture into the mushroom caps until they are full.
- Melt remaining tablespoon butter in a skillet. Add bread crumbs and toss until well coated. Top each mushroom cap with a layer of the buttered crumbs.
- Bake in the preheated oven until tops are browned and crispy, about 9 minutes. Remove and let cool for about 3 minutes before serving.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly coat a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Remove stems from mushrooms and reserve. Lightly brush any dirt from mushroom caps and stems. Arrange mushroom caps, stemmed sides up, on prepared baking sheet. Chop stems.

- Bake in preheated oven until tops of mushrooms are golden brown and mushrooms are soft, 20 to 22 minutes.
