- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions; drain. In a large bowl, combine the beef, noodles, oil, 1-1/2 cups Colby cheese, tomato sauce, beans, tomatoes, soup and seasonings., Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining Colby cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

- Cook the noodles until just tender by following the package directions; drain and transfer noodles to a large bowl.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat; add in the onion and next 4 ingredients; stir/saute for about 8 minutes or until the vegetables are softened.
- Reduce heat to low; add in the milk, cheese, salt, and pepper; stir until the cheese melts.
- Pour mixture over the noodles; toss until well blended.
- Transfer mixture to a 2 quart casserole that has been lightly coated with cooking spray; cover and bake in a 350° oven for 15 minutes.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix together the bread crumbs and melted butter, toss to combine.
- Distribute evenly over the top of the casserole; bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until the top of casserole is slightly crusty.

- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, melt butter. Stir in the flour, garlic salt and onion salt until smooth; gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add the cheese; stir until melted. Stir in noodles. , Transfer to two greased shallow 2-qt. baking dishes. Steps:
- Cook noodles in a large pot of lightly salted water until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, place the eggs, grated cheese, parsley, salt and pepper into a mixing bowl and beat with a whisk until well combined.
- When the noodles are almost cooked, melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Quickly drain the pasta and add it to the skillet.
- Toss briefly to coat it with the butter.
- Add the egg mixture to the skillet and using a flat wooden spoon, mix quickly together for less than a minute until the eggs and noodles become creamy and thick.
- Do not cook the eggs too long or they will scramble and ruin the dish.
- Serve immediately.

- Cook the noodles in salted water according to package directions, minus 2 minutes.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Saute the chopped onions and garlic in the oil for a minute over medium heat.
- Mix the Worcestershire, Tabasco, cottage cheese, sour cream, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl, then add onions and garlic.
- Drain the noodles, running cold water over them, then toss immediately in a large bowl with melted butter and all the other ingredients.
- Pour noodles into a casserole dish, sprinkle paprika on top and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.

- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and salt it. In a smaller pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil; once boiling, reduce heat so water bubbles gently.
- To the smaller pot add soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, sesame oil, if using, and sriracha or chile, along with a pinch of salt. Stir and let simmer.
- Add egg noodles to large pot. Cook's Note: Fresh noodles will be ready in just a couple of minutes; dried will take longer.

- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x14 inch baking dish.
- Fill a large pot with lightly-salted water and bring to a boil; stir in the egg noodles and return to a boil. Stirring occasionally, boil uncovered until the pasta is cooked yet still firm to the bite, about 5 minutes. Drain well in a colander set in the sink.
