Steps:
- Boil the milk with sugar.
- Prepare the custard by adding a little cold milk to the custard powder in a big-sized bowl.
- Once the milk has boiled, remove from flame.
- Allow it to cool for 15-20 minutes .
- In the meantime, take a serving dish.
- Spread a layer of cake slices in it.
- Now, mix the milk into the custard-milk bowl.
- Pour some of this on the cake slices.
- Now pat this with a layer of biscuit crumbs.
- Repeat till 2-3 layers are made in this manner.
- Decorate with grated chocolate.
- Chill and serve after dinner!
TURKISH COFFEE PUDDING

Steps:
- Combine 1 3/4 cups cream, 2 tablespoons Kahlúa, 2 tablespoons espresso powder, and 1 scant teaspoon cardamom in heavy small saucepan; bring to simmer.
- Whisk yolks and brown sugar in medium bowl.
- Gradually whisk hot cream mixture into yolk mixture; return to pan.
- Stir over medium-low heat until mixture is thick enough to coat back of spoon (do not boil), about 5 minutes.
- Strain through fine-mesh strainer into 2-cup measuring cup.
- Divide pudding among 6 demitasse cups.
- Refrigerate until set, about 5 hours. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Keep chilled.).
- Whisk remaining 1/2 cup cream in medium bowl until peaks form.
- Whisk in remaining 1 tablespoon Kahlúa.
- Top each pudding with whipped cream. Sprinkle with additional espresso powder and additional cardamom.

- In a medium saucepan, add the water and bring to a boil. Stir in the rice and salt. Return the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover the pan and cook until the water is absorbed, about 15 minutes. Try to resist peeking until at least 12 minutes have passed. When the rice seems done and most of the water has been absorbed, remove from heat and let the rice steam for 10 minutes before serving. This makes about 4 cups rice -- more than is needed for the pudding recipe.
- In a small pan, combine the rice with the milk and raisins or other dried fruit. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to maintain a gentle simmer. While the rice is cooking, stir in the saffron threads, cardamom, honey and salt. Cook until most of the milk has been absorbed, 10 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Transfer the rice to a pretty bowl, and garnish it with a drizzle of honey and the chopped pistachio nuts. If your rice absorbed all the milk and you want more liquid, add more milk or consider adding a few spoonfuls of yogurt.
