EASY CREAMY SHRIMP SALAD

Easy Creamy Shrimp Salad image

Steps:

  • Mix first 5 ingredients until blended.
  • Combine shrimp, celery and peppers in large bowl. Add sour cream mixture; mix lightly.
  • Place lettuce in 4 serving bowls; top with shrimp mixture.

1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
2 green onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
3/4 lb. cooked cleaned medium shrimp, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
5 cups chopped red leaf lettuce

Aunt Karen's Shrimp Salad image

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan / Dutch oven, bring 6 cups water to a boil. Add shrimp; cook, uncovered, until shrimp turn pink, 3-5 minutes. Drain. Transfer to a large bowl. Add vinegar, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and garlic salt; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered, at least 4 hours or overnight., To serve, stir in remaining 1/3 cup mayonnaise, celery, eggs and red pepper. Serve in lettuce leaves. If desired, top with green onions.

5 hard-boiled large eggs, chopped
1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
24 Bibb lettuce leaves or Boston lettuce leaves
Sliced green onions, optional
