For all you garlic-lovers--this cheese ball is easy and delicious! I get a lot of requests for this recipe. Serve with garlic bagel chips.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, feta cheese, olive oil, green onions and garlic. Season with dill, oregano and pepper. Mix well, and form into 2 balls. Cover, and chill for 2 hours.

FETA CHEESE BALL
We love this combination of pungent flavors. The original version was submitted by Kelly O'Rourke on allrecipes.com however I lightened it a bit by using reduced fat cream cheese, less oil and then added our preferred amounts of seasonings. Allow at least 2 hours for chilling time.

Steps:
- With an electric mixer or food processor, combine the cream cheese, feta cheese, olive oil, green onions and garlic.
- Season with dill, oregano and cracked black pepper; mix well.
- Form into 2 balls or place in a decorative bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours to allow it to become firm and for flavors to blend.
- Enjoy on vegetable sticks, assorted crackers, bread sticks, or toasted pita triangles or baguette rounds.

Steps:
- Beat the cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth.
- Add feta cheese and beat until well blended.
- Lay a large sheet of plastic wrap on the countertop.
- Spoon the cheese mixture in the centre of the wrap.
- Roll and shape the cheese into a ball using the plastic wrap as a guide.
- Twist the plastic wrap closed Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
- Before serving spread the walnuts on a sheet of plastic wrap large enough to enclose the entire cheese ball.
- Unwrap the cheese ball and roll in the nuts so it is evenly coated.
- Wrap again and set aside to come to room temperature.

- To prepare these delicious fried cheese ball recipe, add all the ingredients into a medium bowl, season well with freshly ground pepper and blend to combine.
- Cover the bowl with some plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 45 minutes. This will help the mixture for the cheese balls to firm up a bit and make it easier to roll into balls.
- Form the mixture into little cheese balls (this mixture is enough for 14-15 cheese balls) and dredge in some flour shaking off any excess.
- Fry the cheese balls in a non-sticking pan with plenty of oil, until nicely colored. Place the fried cheese balls on some kitchen paper to absorb the extra oil. (Tips: Heat the oil until very hot and fry them in batches. If the surface of the pan is overcrowded then the temperature of the oil will decrease and your cheese balls will not be crispy any more!)
