Steps:
- Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Break the eggs carefully into the pan. (Try not to break the yoke).
- Sprinkle with sumac, salt, & pepper. Continue to fry the egg until the white part is no longer runny & the yoke is done to your preference.

- Crush the garlic with the salt and mix well with the lemon juice.
- Melt the butter in a large frying pan.
- Add the garlic mixture.
- As the butter begins to color, slide in the eggs(previously broken into a bowl)and fry gently.
- Crush the dried mint and sprinkle over the eggs.
- Cover pan briefly to set yolks.
- When eggs are set, sprinkle lightly with salt and serve immediately.

- Heat butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat.
- As soon as the foam disappears from the melted butter, break eggs one by one into the hot butter.

- When eggs begin to solidify, gently spoon sour cream over them, cover, and let cook another half minute to a minute, depending on personal preference.
- With spatula, transfer eggs to a warm serving plate.

- In small bowl, mix za'atar, sumac, salt and pepper; set aside.
- Scoop out a quarter‐size hole in the center of each slice of bread. Heat 1⁄4 cup oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Arrange half of the bread slices in the skillet and brown about 1 minute on each side. Reduce the heat to low and crack one egg into the hole in each slice of bread. Sprinkle za'atar mixture evenly over each egg, cover and cook until eggs have reached your desired doneness (2 to 3 minutes).
- If you like your yolk cooked really well, scoop up some oil from the bottom of the skillet and drizzle over each egg.
- Using a spatula, transfer the toasts to a platter or serving plate and keep warm. Repeat with the remaining 1⁄4 oil and bread slices.
