Steps:

In a screw top jar combine vinegar, oil, honey, poppy seed, and dry mustard Cover; shake well to mix.
Combine spinach, papaya or pears, and grapes.
Shake dressing again and pour over salad.
Toss to coat.
Serve immediately.
