- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

- Melt butter, brown sugar, soy sauce and garlic in saucepan.
- Cut bacon into thirds. Wrap 5 or 6 green beans in bacon.
- Lay seam side down in 9x13-inch pan.
- Pour mixture over roll-ups and cover with foil.
- Bake in 350°F oven for 40-45 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a casserole dish.
- Set out the bacon, green beans and casserole dish in a little assembly line. Lay out a half strip of bacon. place a small bunch of green beans (6 or 7) onto the strip of bacon and roll up into a bundle. Place the bundle into the casserole dish, seam side down. Repeat with remaining bacon strips and green beans. You can pack these pretty tight in the pan, just know that if the bacon is touching another bundle they take some prying to get apart. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven until browned and heated through, about 20 minutes.

- Line baking sheets with parchment; set aside. Place 1 sheet of phyllo dough on a work surface (keep remaining dough covered with a damp towel to avoid drying out). Brush with butter; fold in half lengthwise. Brush with butter; fold in half widthwise., Brush with butter; top with a prosciutto strip. Place an asparagus spear and a green bean at a diagonal on bottom right corner; roll up. Repeat with remaining dough, butter, prosciutto and vegetables. , Place roll-ups on prepared baking sheets. This is a staple in easy dinners. You can add or change anything you want to chicken roll ups. This is my favorite. I make this for two but you can double or triple this recipe. I found a previous posted recipe that calls for goat cheese, white balsalmic vin and brushetta on pasta. I just added these ingredients to my old favorite chicken roll-ups

- pound chicken until it is flat and wide.
- layer goat cheese, swiss, green beans( lay across the chicken the opposite way you will roll the chicken)sprinkle garlic and italian seasoning.
- Roll chicken and place seem side down in baking dish with just a tsp of olive oil
- spoon brushetta on top of chicken and sprinkle with italian seasoning.
- bake at 425 for about 30 mins until cooked.
- don't forget to spoon sauce from the bottom of the baking dish on top of the chicken. That's where the goat cheese ends up!
