Steps:

  • Place the sausages in a large pan. Pour the red wine over the sausages. Add the garlic, onions, and parsley. Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture, making sure everything is evenly coated. Marinate for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • When the grill is hot, add the sausages and cook, turning occasionally, until cooked through, about 10 to 12 minutes.

2 pounds raw pork sausage links
1 bottle red wine
2 heads garlic, top cut off to reveal cloves
1 large sweet onion, thinly sliced
1 bunch fresh flat-leaf parsley, gently mashed
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Steps:

  • 1 Prepare charcoal fire for direct-heat cooking, pierce sausages in several places with a fork. Set aside. Pour beer into a Dutch oven or deep skillet: heat to a boil over high heat. Add bratwurst: reduce heat to low. Cover: cook 5 min. Add kielbasa: cook 10 min. Drain. 2 Place sausages on oiled grill rack. about 6 inches from coals. Cook, turning often, until sausages are will browned on all sides, about 7-10 min. Serve in split rolls with assorted garnishs.

4 *Drier's* bratwurst sausages
4 *Drier's* Polish sausages
2 bottles of beer
8 frankfurter rolls, split, toasted
*Drier's* mustard,Ketchup, Sechler's relish, prepared horseradish, grated longhorn cheese, chopped onions, sauerkraut

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Pour 1-3/4 cups into a large resealable plastic bag; add bratwurst. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade. , Add onion to remaining marinade; toss to coat. Place on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square). Fold foil around onion mixture and seal tightly. Drain and discard marinade from bratwurst., Grill bratwurst and onion, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 15-20 minutes or until meat is no longer pink and onion is tender, turning frequently. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape. Serve brats in buns with onion mixture.

Steps:

  • Heat olive oil in a large heavy skillet over medium high heat. Cook sausage until browned on all sides. Remove sausage from pan, and set aside. Pour in 1 bottle of beer to deglaze the pan, scraping up any blackened bits from the bottom. Place the red peppers, green peppers, onions and garlic in the pan. Stir in the remaining beer and the tomato paste. Season with oregano, cilantro, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Cover, and simmer until onions and peppers are tender. Slice the sausages into bite size pieces, and add to the peppers. Cover, and simmer until sausage is cooked through.

  • At least 12 hours before grilling your beer brats, marinate the brats. Add the bratwurst sausages, sliced onion, and beer to a large airtight container or resealable bag. Shake to combine. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours, or for up to 24 hours.
