- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Steps:
- Cook pasta according to package. Drain and rinse.
- In large saucepan melt margarine. Add onion or leeks and garlic. Cover and cook about 5 mins or till onions are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in flour, thyme, and pepper.
- Add half and half, light cream, or milk and the chicken broth all at once.
- Cook and stir til thick and bubbly. Cook and stir for 1 minute more.
- Stir in pasta, ham, and spinach.
- Spoon mixture into a 3 quart casserole.
- Cover and bake 30-35 mins at 350 or until heated through. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir gently before serving.

- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a non-stick fry pan, soften onion, then brown hamburger. Add frozen spinach, cover and cook until spinach thaws, scraping spinach as it melts.
- Stir in soup, soy sauce, pepper, Cajun seasoning and 1/3 cup cheese. Cook until cheese melts, then place in a greased 2-quart casserole.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook mostaccioli in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain.
- Meanwhile, heat a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef until browned and crumbly, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from the heat. Drain and discard grease. Add spaghetti sauce to the pan and mix with the beef.
- Transfer beef mixture to the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly over the bottom and layer cooked pasta over top. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Cover with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake until cheese is melted and lightly browned, about 10 more minutes.

- Heat the canola oil in a large pot over medium heat. Stir in the onion and red pepper, and cook until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 5 minutes. - Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine spinach, rice, milk, eggs, 3/4 cup cheese, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add onion and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is soft and beginning to brown, about 10 minutes. Add wine and cook until evaporated, about 3 minutes. Add ham and cook until warmed through, about 2 minutes.

I got this recipe out of one of those checkout, small Betty Crocker cookbooks. I think it's delicious and a good way to use up leftover ham and mashed potatoes. The first 5 ingredients and instructions are there if you're going to make instant potatoes, but you can skip that and use leftover mashed potatoes instead.

- Place potatoes, celery, and carrot in a large pot and cover with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and transfer to a 2-quart baking dish.

- Bring water to a boil for pasta and cook according to directions. Rinse in cold water and set aside.
- While water is boiling for pasta, brown the turkey in a large skillet. Add garlic and cook until the turkey is no longer pink.
- Add crushed tomatoes and remaining spices. Cook at medium heat until bubbling. Add spinach and continue to heat until the sauce is thick.
- In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella.
