Hash Brown Squares Hot Dish Recipe 435

Steps:

• Butter a 9x13-inch pan.
• Cover bottom of pan with hash browns.
• Add hamburger, salt pepper and onions.
• Sprinkle peas on top.
• Mix soup and milk together and pour over peas.
• Top with cheese.
• Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for one hour.
• Sprinkle with French fried onions and return to oven for ten more minutes.

Steps:

• Grease 9x13 pan & preheat oven to 350. Line pan with hash brown squares. Brown ground beef, drain & place on top of hash browns. Cover with cheese and too with cream of chicken soup and milk mixture. Cover with aluminum foil & bake for 45 minutes. Take out of oven & top with can of french fried onions; bake, uncovered, an additional 15 minutes. Enjoy!

• Place bacon on a microwave-safe plate lined with paper towels. Cover with another paper towel; microwave on high for 5-7 minutes or until crisp. Cool; crumble and set aside., In a 2-1/2-qt. microwave-safe dish, combine the potatoes, onion, green pepper, mushrooms and butter. Cover and microwave on high for 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender, stirring once. , Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, basil and pepper; stir into vegetable mixture. Cover and cook at 70% power for 4-6 minutes or until eggs are almost set, stirring every 2 minutes. , Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Cook, uncovered, on high for 30-60 seconds or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Steps:

• 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9 x 13" pan with cooking spray. Layer the bottom of the pan with hash brown patties, overlapping as necessary. I also break some of the patties into pieces to fill the holes.
• 2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Add the onion and cook til the onion pieces are soft. Add 1/2 cup water and the brown gravy mix. Stir until thickened.
• 3. Pour the ground beef mixture over the hash brown patties. Sprinkle the peas on top. Mix together the soup and the milk. Pour that over the peas. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over top.
• 4. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and add the French-fried onions. Bake another 15 minutes, uncovered.
