Steps:

  • In a microwave safe mug, add water/milk, coconut oil, a pinch of salt, and vanilla extract. Whisk well.
  • Add cocoa powder, whisk well. Add sugar, whisk well. Add whole wheat/regular flour, and whisk well.
  • Microwave for 60 seconds. The center should be slightly soft. DO NOT OVERCOOK or the brownie will become hard and stiff.
  • Enjoy with a spoon. Careful, the brownie will still be hot.

2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons water or 2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tablespoons whole wheat flour (1/4 cup instead) or 4 tablespoons flour (1/4 cup instead)

  • In a mug, add butter, milk, vanilla and dash of salt. Whisk well with a fork.
  • Add cocoa powder/milo, whisk well. Add sugar, whisk well. Add flour, whisk well.
  • Microwave for 60 to 75 seconds. Centre should be slightly molten. Be careful, the mug and brownie WILL BE HOT.
  • Optional: Sprinkle with caster sugar. Put the brownie in the fridge for 5-10 minutes to cool down.
  • Enjoy your brownie, peanut butter and nuttella always taste great with this brownie, you can also try it with icecream.

  • Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a mug.
  • Mix in 1 Tablespoon of Yogurt. If too thick, add 1 more Tablespoon and mix until you get a brownie batter consistency.
  • Mix in desired amount of your favorite chocolate chips (use semi-seeet or dark chocolate for a bit of a healthier alternative) this step is optional! If you have a different toppings you like to put in your brownies, add it now.
  • Microwave for 1:10 Seconds. All microwaves are different, so time may vary.
  • Sprinkle some more chocolate chips (or other topping) on top. (Optional).
  • Let cool for 1-3 Minutes.
  • Enjoy!
