- In a large skillet, cook the sausage, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain. Add the cream cheese, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, water and oregano. Cook and stir until cheese is melted. , Cut bread in half horizontally; hollow out top and bottom, leaving a 3/4-in. shell (save removed bread for another use). , Place bread bottom on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese; top with sausage mixture and remaining cheese. Replace bread top. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- In a Dutch oven, cook beef and sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking both into crumbles; drain. Place a third of the onions and peppers in a 5-qt. slow cooker; top with half the meat mixture. Repeat layers; top with remaining vegetables. - Heat oven to 350°F Bake biscuits as directed on can; keep warm.
- Meanwhile, spray medium skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat until hot. Pour eggs into skillet; reduce heat to low. Cook until eggs are almost set but still moist, stirring occasionally. Fold outside edge to center allowing the uncooked egg to flow to the bottom of the skillet.
- Top with cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- To assemble sandwiches, split warm biscuits. Place 1 sausage patty on bottom half of each biscuit. Top each with 1/8 of the egg mixture. Top with top of biscuit.

- In a small bowl, mix together the spicy honey mustard ingredients. Set aside.
- Form the raw Jimmy Dean Premium Pork Sausage into 8 small patties about the size of your biscuits.
- In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium high heat for about 1 minute. Add patties and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through. Remove from heat. Lay Swiss cheese slices on top and allow them to melt over the patties.

- In a pan over low-medium heat melt in 2 tsp butter. Add in your sausages and fry for 15-20mins, turning frequently. A lower heat will render down the fat and make the skin nice and crispy, whilst making sure the meat cooks properly.
- Remove from pan and place to one side (or in the oven on low heat), leaving the fat behind. Add in your onion fry for another 10-15mins on the same heat, tossing every now and then. Season with salt and black pepper (good pinch of black pepper goes beautifully with sausages). - Slice down the centre of sausages and fold them open. Lightly butter one side of your bread, top with onions, place on your sausages, finish with a drizzle of ketchup/brown sauce then top with another slice of lightly buttered bread. Enjoy!
