Steps:

• 1. Lightly grease muffin tin and press one wonton wrapper in each cup. Brush or spray with oil. Bake 5 minutes, or until golden brown, at 350 degrees. Remove from tins, place on baking sheet.
• 2. In bowl, combine cooked sausage, cheeses, dressing, olives, and red pepper.
• 3. Fill wontons with sausage mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until bubbly.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook sausage and blot dry with paper towels. Combine sausage with cheeses, salad dressing, olives and red pepper. Lightly grease a mini (or regular) muffin tin and press 1 wrapper in each cup. Brush with oil. Bake 5 minutes, until golden. Remove from tins, place on baking sheet. Fill with sausage mixture. Bake 5 minutes until bubbly. Can freeze cups after putting filling inside baked cups.

Steps:

• -Oil MINI muffin tins (make sure they are mini, it will make a difference) with vegetable oil.
• -Place wonton wrappers on a flat surface and brush with oil.
• -Place oiled wrappers into tins with un-oiled side to the outside of the tin (so that both sides have oil).
• -Bake the empty wrappers at 350 F for 5 minutes or until golden. They may not look fully cooked and that is okay; you will put them back into the oven later.
• -Mix all of your ingredients in a large bowl. (This can also be mixed ahead of time and put in the fridge .).
• -Place about a tbsp in each wonton.
• -Bake in the oven at 350 F for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and they look yummy!
