- Preheat grill to to medium-high.
- Combine honey and hot pepper sauce in small bowl.
- Season chops with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grill chops, turning and brushing frequently with glaze, 8 to 15 minutes or until done (internal temp 155°F).
- Remove chops from grill and brush with remaining glaze.
- Refrigerate leftovers.

Steps:
- Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
- Heat oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Sear pork chops until golden brown and cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
- Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the pan juices, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add honey, water, and vinegar. Increase heat to medium-high and cook, stirring occasionally until sauce has reduced down and slightly thickened, 3 to 4 minutes. Return pork back to the skillet and baste generously with the sauce.
- Transfer skillet under the broiler and broil until edges of pork chops are slightly charred, 1 to 2 minutes.

- In a shallow baking dish or resealable bag, mix together the honey, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce. Place the lamb chop into the mixture; cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Heat the olive oil in a shallow wok over medium-high heat. Add the anise seed, garlic, onions and green chilies, and saute until the onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
- Place the lamb chops and marinade into the pan, and stir. Turn heat down to medium-low, and cover. Cook for 20 minutes, then remove lid, and continue cooking until liquid has evaporated. Stir in green onions, and cook, stirring, until the internal temperature of the meat has reached 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, crushed red pepper flakes, and black pepper in a bowl. Pour about 2 tablespoons of the honey-soy mixture into a small bowl and save for later. Brush chops with canola oil on both sides, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Grill the chops on the hottest part of the grill until lightly charred and crusty, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Move the chops to a cooler area of the grill, and continue to cook, brushing both sides generously with the honey-soy glaze, until chops are no longer pink inside, about 3 to 4 more minutes. The juices should run clear, and an instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the center of a chop should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
- While chops are grilling, brush slices of onion with oil, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Grill onion slices until they are translucent and browned, 3 to 4 minutes per side. To serve, place chops and onions on warmed plates, and brush the chops with the reserved honey-soy glaze.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown pork chops 3 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
