Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet; pierce with a fork several times. Season with black pepper.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Whisk olive oil, white cooking wine, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, onion salt, mustard, and hot pepper sauce into the melted butter; cook until heated through, about 5 minutes. Brush generously over the salmon fillets.
- Bake salmon fillets in the preheated oven, basting with butter mixture every 5 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes. Coat each fillet with honey; continue baking until glazed, 3 to 5 minutes.

HONEY-GLAZED SALMON FILLETS
I am always trying different ways to season and cook salmon, and this recipe is by far one of my favorite creations. It's neither too sweet nor too spicy--just right! I serve it over rice, drizzled with the sauce. Yummm!

Steps:
- In a small bowl, thoroughly wisk together honey, orange juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and ginger. It may take a few strokes to thoroughly combine the honey.
- Place salmon filets into a glass 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour mixture over the fish.
- Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or in refrigerator for up 1 hour. Turn occasionally to ensure even marination.
- Preheat oven to 375 F (If marinating in refrigerator, please let baking dish come up to room temperature before placing in oven).
- When ready to place fish in oven, DO NOT drain marinade from baking dish.
- Roast in a 375 F oven for 12-15 minutes, basting with marinade every 5 minutes. Fish will be done when it flakes easily with fork.

HONEY MUSTARD GLAZED SALMON FILLETS

- In an oiled shallow baking dish, combine lemon juice, Dijon, honey, and lemon zest. Stir together. Season both sides of salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place in the baking dish. Flip salmon to coat in glaze. Bake immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 3 hours.
- When ready to cook, preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake 10 minutes or until fish is fork-tender.
SUNNY'S EASY HONEY-GLAZED SALMON--MANY WAYS
Steps:
- For the salmon: Brush each salmon fillet on the fleshy side with the honey. Coat using the following instructions for one of the following flavors.
- For the lemon pepper: Season with a sprinkle of salt, then add plenty of freshly ground black pepper. Sprinkle with the lemon zest and top each salmon portion with 2 lemon slices.
- For the BBQ, sriracha or everything bagel seasoning: Sprinkle the seasoning evenly on each salmon portion.
- For the pesto: Add the pesto on top of the honey and gently spread without pushing the honey over the edge (having the pesto chilled will help here).
- Preheat a grill or the oven to 325 to 350 degrees F. Place the salmon on the grill on a piece of aluminum foil or on a pan lined with nonstick aluminum foil on the center rack of the oven. Grill or bake until preferred doneness, 10 to 15 minutes for medium. Remove and rest for a minute or two before serving.
HONEY-GLAZED BAKED SALMON
I got this recipe from a friend and, as a new cook, it is easy to make and delicious to boot! Even when I make this recipe with fewer pieces of salmon (2 small salmon filets), I still make the same amount of honey glaze, because it is so delicious and I prefer having more sauce rather than not enough.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Mix honey, green onions, soy sauce, sesame seeds, garlic, onion, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl until blended.
- Place salmon in single layer in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spoon honey mixture evenly on top of salmon; the mixture will run off, but try to coat the fish with a thin layer all over.
- Roast salmon in the preheated oven, basting salmon with the sauce at least once, until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes.

HONEY LEMON GLAZED SALMON & VEGGIES RECIPE BY TASTY

- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cover a sheet pan with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Spread out your potatoes on the pan and drizzle with 1 Tbsp. olive oil and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle ½ Tbsp. thyme, and 1 clove minced garlic over the potatoes.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flip, then bake for another 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, create your salmon glaze. Combine 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, 2 Tbsp. honey, 2 tsp ginger, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 1 Tbsp. thyme. Set aside.
- Take the potatoes out of the oven and push them to the top or side of your pan. (Don't cramp them - Make sure to still space them out a bit.)
- Place your salmon fillets on the pan. Season both sides with salt and pepper and brush on the glaze onto both sides, then top with lemon slices and sprigs of thyme.
- Place your asparagus on the pan and top with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, salt and pepper, 1 clove minced garlic, and ½ Tbsp. of thyme.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes. (The salmon should flake easily with a fork when it's ready.)

- In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Remove 1/2 cup to a saucepan; simmer until heated through. Set aside remaining mixture for basting. , Sprinkle salmon with lemon-pepper. Moisten a paper towel in cooking oil; using long-handled tongs, rub on grill rack to coat lightly. Place salmon on grill with skin side down. , Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5 minutes. - To make the glaze: In a measuring cup, combine 1/4 cup honey and 2 Tbsp soy sauce. Stir until well combined and set aside.
