Hot Dog Cornbread Casserole Recipe 475

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine the pork and beans, hot dogs, brown sugar, Worcestershire and mustard. Transfer to a greased 9-in. square baking dish. , Prepare cornbread batter according to package directions; stir in cheese. Drop by spoonfuls onto bean mixture. bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until heated through.

Steps:

• Cut hot dogs into 1/2-inch pieces. Put in baking dish (12x8 inches) with beans, ketchup, water, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
• Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in large bowl. Stir in cornmeal. Add egg and rest of ingredients. Stir just enough to combine.
• Spread evenly over beans. Bake at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes.

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine corn muffin mix, eggs, milk, and cayenne pepper with a spoon; mix well. Stir in hot dogs, then pour into prepared baking dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out dry. Let cool 5 to 10 minutes, then slice. • 2. In a large bowl, mix eggs and milk. Cut up 1 pkg hot dogs and add to the mixture.
• 3. Stir in the 2 boxes of Jiffy mix and 1 1/2 cups of cheddar.

• 2. In large skillet add the olive oil and saute the onions and garlic until translucent. Cut the hot dogs in half lengthwise then into pieces. Stir hot dogs into the onion mixture and let brown Stir in the chili, brown sugar, chili powder and cumin.
• 3. Spoon hot dog mixture over cornbread mixture in baking pan. Top with cheese. Top with remaining cornbread mixture.
• 4. Bake at 350 degree for 30 minutes
