Hot Dog Potato And Sauerkraut Bake Recipes

Steps:

• Spread half of mashed potatoes into bottom of a greased 2 1/2 qt.greased casserole.
• Top with half of hot dogs and half of sauerkraut.
• Repeat layers.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

• Boil peeled potatoes (cut in quarters) until tender but not mushy. Drain, and add to the pan the amount of sauerkraut for the number of people you've planned to feed. • Heat a skillet, spray with oil, use medium heat and cook the onion with the brown sugar, stirring for about 5 minutes.
• Add hot dogs and cook until they are brown (5 min).

• Mix the mashed potatoes and the hot dog mix.
