BAKED HAM AND CHEESE PARTY SANDWICHES
These small, delicious sandwiches are perfect for any party. They are so good that even the pickiest of eaters will eat these.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried onion. Separate the tops from bottoms of the rolls, and place the bottom pieces into the prepared baking dish. Layer about half the ham onto the rolls. Arrange the Swiss cheese over the ham, and top with remaining ham slices in a layer. Place the tops of the rolls onto the sandwiches. Pour the mustard mixture evenly over the rolls.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the rolls are lightly browned and the cheese has melted, about 20 minutes. Slice into individual rolls through the ham and cheese layers to serve.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Unroll the pizza dough onto a cutting board and press into approximately a 13x18 inch rectangle. Top with ham and cheese slices.
- Stating on the longer side of the rectangle, roll up the edge tightly. When you reach the end, pinch the seam together and flip the roll so that the seam is face down.
- Cut into 12 slices, approximately 1-inch wide. Arrange in the prepared baking dish.
- Next combine the butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and poppy seeds in a sauce pan over medium heat. Whisk until the butter is melted and the glaze is smooth and combined. Pour evenly over the rolls.
- Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours or bake, uncovered for 25 minutes until golden and browned.

I got this recipe from my mom who got it from a breakfast cookbook. There are a few similar recipes on Zaar but none quite the same as this one. Mom makes these occasionally for the Rotary breakfast she serves and I'm always begging for the leftovers (when there are any!) I finally got the recipe from her so I can make them myself!

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Separate rolls from each other.
- Divide ham and cheese into 24 equal portions and place in center slit of each roll. Place stuffed rolls in a 13x9 pan.
- Combine butter, mustard and Worcestershire and mix well (may take a few minutes for it to come together completely).
- Pour mixture over rolls. Sprinkle with poppy seeds, if using.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until browned.

Steps:
- Slice top half off rolls while rolls are still attached to each other.
- Set aside top half.
- Layer bottom half with ham, then with cheese, covering to edges.
- Replace top half and place on cutting board.
- Using sharp knife, slice down through individual rolls.
- Place in glass baking just large enough to hold both packages without crowding together.
- Melt the stick of margarine in saucepan; add poppy seed, Worcestershire sauce, prepared mustard, and onion flakes.
- Stir and pour over top of rolls.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
