- Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Cook ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix (dry). Spoon into pie plate; top with chilies.
- Stir milk, eggs and Bisquick mix until blended. Pour into pie plate.
- Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with salsa and sour cream.

- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Lightly grease 10 inch pie plate.
- Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10 inch skillet until brown; drain.
- Stir in seasoning mix.
- Spread beef mixture in pie plate.
- Sprinkle with chilies and cheese.
- Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
- Pour in pie shell.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
- Garnish with peppers and cheese.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray with non-stick cooking spray a 9 inch pie dish and set a side.
- In a large skillet over medium high heat, add cooking oil and heat. Place diced onions in skillet and cook until softened. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- To the cooked ground beef, stir in taco seasoning, corn, green chilis and hot sauce. Turn off burner. Add ground beef mixture into the prepared pie dish. Sprinkle with cheese to cover the ground beef.
