Steps:
- Cut 4-inch length from green end of 1 onion; slice remaining onions. Beat cream cheese and 1-1/4 cups cheddar with mixer until blended. Stir in sliced onions and peppers. Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Shape into ball; roll in remaining cheddar. Cut pepperoni into shapes for the jack-o'-lantern's eyes, nose and mouth; press into cheese ball to make face. Insert green onion piece into top for stem.
- Serve with crackers.

JACK O LANTERN CHEESE BALL
This is a simple and cute Halloween cheese ball. We have had similar cheese balls but they're coated with crushed cheese tortilla chips. Coating with finely shredded cheese is a much tastier method. It prevents the cheese ball to get soggy. The only problem with this recipe is it's so cute we didn't want to eat it!

Steps:
- 1. Let grated cheddar sit out to room temp till soft. Blend well-softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese; mix in Worcestershire sauce.
- 2. Form ball and roll in shredded cheddar cheese.
- 3. Form eyes, nose, and mouth with sliced olives.
- 4. Stick leaf from celery stalk on top for "stem." Refrigerate 10 minutes then serve with crackers.

Steps:
- Take the green onions and pull out the largest stalk that has a y shape and set aside. Dice the green onions small.
- Dice the ham small. Mix the cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder and ham together and shape into a ball. Roll heavily in the shredded cheddar cheese. Take the black olives and cut into shapes to make eyes nose and mouth and press into the cheeseball.
- Place the reserved green onion stalk in the top of the head. Serve with crackers.

- Mince a small onion to get around 3 tablespoons. If you don’t have the equipment to mince then just very finely grate it.
- Put the cream cheese, minced onion and sweet chilli sauce into a large mixing bowl and mix until everything is really well combined.
- Form the cheese into a ball with a flattened bottom, so it looks like a pumpkin. Then chill until firm, around 2 hours should do it.
- Before serving crush up your tortilla chips until they are smashed into pretty small crumbs and then roll your cheese ball in them until fully covered.
