Jenz Chicken Or Ham Panini Recipes
BEST CHICKEN PANINI
I have a local eatery who makes an amazing flatbread sandwich. This panini is based on their chicken pesto sandwich. I recommend pane turano, or you may use a sturdy sourdough.

Steps:
- Heat a panini grill on the highest setting. Brush 2 pieces of bread with butter. Assemble panini with chicken, bacon, and mozzarella. Lower panini press. Cook until bread is golden and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
- Carefully separate bread and add in some sliced avocado, tomato, and pesto. Repeat above steps for additional panini sandwiches.
- Reassemble sandwiches and cut in half. Serve immediately.

I made this recipe up when i was trying to use up some leftovers. I tried to dress the flavors up as much as i could by marinading the chicken, peppering the bacon before warming it up, and adding the banana peppers. Hope you enjoy!

Steps:
- Marinade the chicken breasts in italian dressing for 30 min to an hour.
- Grill the chicken breasts.
- To assemble the panini: Brush olive oil onto your bun, stack the chicken breast, sliced ham, bacon, and cheeses. (If you wish to add the peppers put them on under the cheese). Top with Ranch dressing or spicy brown mustard if you choose.
- Put on your panini press or forman grill and give them about 4-5 minute or until your cheese is melted.
