This recipe is courtesy of the Kahlua Website that my boyfriend Marvin sent me. IT had several desserts and entree's that he wanted me to make for our dinner that saturday. Neither one of us was disappointed in the amazing recipes on this website.

- You can also add a shot of greeen creme de minthe liqueur to the mix and pour over pistachio ice cream instead of vanilla.

Steps:
- In each of 4 tall glasses, add 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur. Pour in 1/2 cup seltzer. Divide the beer among the glasses and stir to combine.
- Add 1 or 2 scoops of ice cream to each glass. Drink immediately or allow to sit a few minutes to let the ice cream melt in the glass. Enjoy!

- Place 2 small scoops of ice cream (coffee, chocolate or vanilla) in a coffee cup, then pour in a shot of espresso or 3 tablespoons strong brewed coffee. Top with shaved dark chocolate and chopped hazelnuts.
