Lemonadefrozenyogurt Recipes

Steps:

• In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemonade concentrate, half and half, lemon juice, and sugar until sugar is dissolved; Chill mixture until cold, about 30 minutes.
• Freeze mixture in an ice cream maker (1 1/2-Quart capacity) according to manufactures instructions, until moter stops or dasher is hard to turn.
• Transfer frozen yogurt to an airtight container and freeze until firm enough to scoop about 2 hours.

Steps:

• Reserve 1 lemon for garnish. Remove wide strips of zest from 2 lemons with a vegetable peeler (do not remove the pith). Juice enough of the lemons to make 2 cups lemon juice.
• Add the lemon zest strips, sugar and 1 1/2 cups water to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Turn off the heat and stir in 1/2 teaspoon salt. Discard the zest strips and let cool for 15 minutes.
• Pour the simple syrup into a pitcher and stir in the lemon juice and 2 cups cold water. Divide the mixture among three 12-compartment ice cube trays and freeze until solid, 8 hours and up to overnight. (The ice cubes will not be as solid as ice.)
• Add the lemonade cubes and 1/2 cup cold water to a blender and blend, stopping the blender and stirring as needed, until the mixture is smooth and pourable. Pour the lemonade slushie into four 8-ounce glasses. Slice 4 thin slices from the reserved lemon and garnish each glass with a lemon slice.

Steps:

• Into a 1 quart Jar with tight fitting lid, put sugar and lemon peel, or zest; add 1 1/2 cups very hot water (not from tap!). With lid fitted firmly, shake jar until sugar is dissolved.
• Add lemon juice. Refrigerate until chilled.
• To Serve: Into each 12-ounce glass, over ice cubes, pour 1/4 cup of the lemon syrup.
• Then add chilled club soda or, if you prefer, water.
• Stir to mix well.

• Combine all ingredients.
• Stir till dissolved.
• To make lemonade use 1 - 2 ounces base per 6 ounces water.

Steps:

• In a serving bowl, mix together the cracker, butter, and powdered sugar; reserve 2/3 cup for topping.
• Press remaining mixture into an ungreased 13x9 inch baking dish.
• In another mixing bowl, mix together the lemonade, milk, whipped topping, and lemon juice.
• Spread mixture over crust.
• Sprinkle remaining cracker mixture over the top.
• Refrigerate 6 hours until well chilled before serving.

Steps:

• Blend until smooth.
• Garnish with a lemon wedge and a rose petal.
• Can add citrus vodka for an adult version of this.
