Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Place in a buttered 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours.
- Remove foil and bake for 20-30 minutes more.

Take your canned beans and kick it up a notch! The recipe is for the microwave but I often times just do it on the stove. This is requested for the yearly bbq!

Steps:
- Combine onions and green pepper in a 2 qt microwave safe casserole.
- Microwave on high, uncovered, for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
- Add beans, pineapple,catsup, brown sugar and soy sauce. Mix lightly.
- Microwave on high uncovered for 12-14 minutes or until steaming hot stirring twice.
- Can be transferred to a crock pot and kept on low.

- Place cast iron pot in bed of hot coals. Heat oil and add bacon, ground chuck and onions. Stir and cook until lightly browned and softened. Add chili powder, cumin, garlic, pepper and cayenne. Stir and cook until fragrant.
- In a large bowl, mix ketchup, barbecue sauce, sugar, bourbon, liquid smoke and yellow mustard. Pour mixture into pot. Stir to combine. Add beans, pineapple and cilantro, stir to combine.
