Steps:
- Mix the bread crumbs and milk then refrigerate for 20 minutes. In a mixer, place the remaining ingredients and mix on low speed for four minutes. Add the bread-crumb mixture to the meat mixture and mix for four more minutes. Place mixture into a greased loaf pan. Cover the meatloaf tightly with plastic film and then with foil. Poke holes in covering to vent steam. Bake 350 degrees for one hour.

My husband doesn't even like meat loaf, but he'll always eat this one! He likes this dish because it offers a wide variety of flavors.

- In large bowl, combine the crumbs, egg, onion, salt and oregano; crumble the meat over the top. Mix gently. Stir in 3/4 cup tomato sauce; set aside. Cut two pieces of waxed paper 15-in. long. Place meat mixture in center of one rectangle; cover with second rectangle. , With a rolling pin, press meat into a 13x9-in. rectangle. Remove top sheet of waxed paper. Sprinkle meat with cheese and mushrooms; top with remaining tomato sauce. Roll up meat, jelly-roll style, starting at narrow end; use waxed paper to help. Place meat seam side down; seal ends securely. Place in a greased 9x5-in. loaf pan. , Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Drain; bake 30 minutes longer.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs and ketchup. Season with Italian-style seasoning, oregano, basil, garlic salt, diced tomatoes and cheese. Press into a 9x5 inch loaf pan, and cover loosely with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven approximately 1 hour, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

- Put a large pot of water on to boil for pasta. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Place meat in a bowl. Make a well in meat. Fill well with egg, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup cheese, peppers, onions, garlic, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Mix meat and breading and form 4 individual oval meat loaves, 1-inch thick. Coat loaves with extra-virgin olive oil and arrange on a baking sheet. Roast 18 to 20 minutes.
- When the pasta water boils, salt water and add pasta. Cook until slightly undercooked ? pasta will continue to cook when combined with cheese sauce.
- Melt butter in a saucepan and add flour. Whisk in milk. Bring to a bubble. Thicken milk, 2 to 3 minutes. Add cheeses: Cheddar, asiago, 1/2 cup Parmesan and black pepper. Stir to melt cheeses. Drain pasta and combine with melted cheese sauce and transfer to a flameproof baking dish or casserole. Place bread crumbs in a bowl and add extra-virgin olive oil and herbs to bread crumbs. Top pasta with bread crumbs. Place under a broiler and brown bread crumbs. Serve cheese and pasta alongside meat loaf.

- stack the wonton wrappers and slice into 3-4 sections lengthwise and then cut each strip 3 more times to make little rectangles or chips.
- Deep fry in hot canola oil till light golden brown, drain on paper towels and set aside.
- Cheese sauce:.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl, then add granules; set aside.
- In a sauce pan heat the cream.
- Slowly add cornstarch mixture, mix till thick and slowly add in cheese.
- Stir till cheese is totally melted and then turn heat to low and stir occasionally.
- Place the chips on a plate and sprinkle with1/2 the mozzarella cheese.
- Dot the top with about 2/3 c hot cheese sauce.
- Sprinkle all other ingredients evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle with as much remaining mozzarella cheese as desired.
- Serve while hot.
- Cheese sauce makes about 3 cups. Servings are for a meal, for an appetizer it would feed around 2-4 people.
