Steps:
- 1)Grate peel and squeeze 2 tablespoons juice from orange; reserve juice. Combine orange peel, cilantro, paprika, and ground red pepper, if desired, in small bowl. Cut beef Steak into 1-1/4-inch pieces. Place beef and 2-1/2 tablespoons cilantro mixture in food-safe plastic bag; turn to coat. Place remaining cilantro mixture and fruit in separate food-safe plastic bag; turn to coat. Close bags securely. Marinate beef and fruit in refrigerator 15 minutes to 2 hours. 2)Soak eight 9-inch bamboo skewers in water 10 minutes; drain. Thread beef evenly onto four skewers leaving small space between pieces. Thread fruit onto remaining four separate skewers. 3)Place kabobs on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. MARINATED CHICKEN KABOBS
This great summer recipe was given to me by a friend years ago. You can put any vegetables you want on the skewers. Don't be worried when you see the light corn syrup in the ingredients, it comes together great! It's a great change. You can even skip the vegetables and just skewer the chicken. Enjoy!

GRILLED FRUIT KABOBS
I am posting this for the Zaar World Tour II. I have not tried this. It is compliments of http://www.care2.com/channels/solutions/food/1435 . Time is a estimate and does not include the soaking of the skewers I think? Bar B-Q Grill is required.

- Choose which kind of grapes you'll use. You can either use white (Concord) grapes, which are the green ones, red grapes or purple grapes. You can also alternate.
- Decide on a pattern for your fruits to go in. Usually there's a grape on either end, and then a fruit, followed by a different fruit, followed by a grape, and so on.
