Steps:
- Spray each dinner roll with Parkay and dust them with a good amount of garlic salt. It MUST be Lawry's Coarse Ground Garlic Salt w/ Parsley.
- Bake Rolls in oven @ 400 degrees for 9 minutes.
- Add about a teaspoon of garlic salt to the ground beef and combine well. Form into small patties about the size of a golf ball. Cook in a skillet with a small amount of olive oli. Press the burgers firmly with spatula so they flatten out into silver dollar size patties. Cook about 2 minutes on each side. Medium to high heat.
- Put a quarter slice of American cheese on each pattie as they come off the skillet. Cut rolls in half to to form buns and place 2 burger patties between each roll/bun.
- Dip in Ken's Steakhouse Ranch and EAT!

CHEESY GARLIC BURGERS

- In a bowl, combine beef and 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Shape into six thin patties. Pan-fry until no longer pink. Meanwhile, cut bread in half lengthwise. Combine butter and remaining garlic powder; spread over cut sides of bread. On the bottom half, layer provolone cheese, beef patties and the mozzarella cheese. Replace bread top. Wrap in a large piece of heavy-duty foil (about 28 in. x 18 in.). Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwich is heated through. Cut loaf between each patty. Serve with spaghetti sauce for dipping.

GARLIC HERB CHEESEBURGERS

Steps:
- Lightly shape ground beef into four 1/2" thick patties.
- Place patties in center of grid over medium, ash covered coals. Place onion and bell pepper around patties. Grill patties, uncovered, 11-13 minutes to medium (160) done, until not pink in center and juices show no pink color, turning occasionally. Grill vegetables 13-16 minutes or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally. Season burgers and vegetables with salt and pepper. Cut pepper into strips.
- Spread cheese on roll tops and bottoms. Serve burgers in rolls with onion and pepper.
- To Broil: Place patties on rack in broiler pan so surface of beef is 3" to 4" from heat. Place onion and bell pepper around patties. Broil patties 10-12 minutes to medium (160) done, until not pink in center and juices show no pink color, turning once. Broil vegetables until crisp-tender, turning as needed.

- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Mix ground beef, 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, egg, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Form mixture into 1 inch balls, and gently press onto prepared baking sheet to form mini-burgers.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Spread remaining ketchup on burgers, and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Return burgers to the oven, and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5 minutes.
