MOM'S BAKED BEANS II
I'm not sure how it started but we have to have this dish at EVERY holiday meal, or there's mutiny!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place bacon and onions in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine beans, molasses, mustard, salt, tomatoes, brown sugar, dry mustard, ham, onions and crumbed bacon. Mix well and transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish.
- Bake in preheated oven, covered, for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 1 hour more.

THE BEST SLOW COOKER BAKED BEANS (DAD'S RECIPE)
This recipe was handed down from my dad. I adjusted it to go into the slow cooker. It's a lot easier. Just set it and forget it.

Steps:
- Place the navy beans into a large container and cover with several inches of cool water; let stand 8 hours to overnight. Drain and transfer beans to a pot; add enough water to cover beans.
- Bring water to a boil, reduce heat, cover pot, and simmer until beans are slightly tender, about 1 hour.
- Mix 4 cups water, molasses, brown sugar, salt, mustard, and pepper together in a bowl until smooth.
- Mix beans, salt pork, and onion together in a slow cooker. Add molasses mixture and more water to cover beans if needed; stir well.
- Cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours.

JIM'S ALMOST FAMOUS CROCKPOT BAKED BEANS
This recipe came from a friend's dad. It can be changed around using different kinds of pork sausage and BBQ sauce. I've always had allot of complements on this recipe. Goes well with grilled foods. A side dish that can't be beat. To make more add another can of Beans and 1/2 cup BBQ sauce and garlic to taste.

- Sort beans and rinse with cold water. Place beans in a large saucepan; add water to cover by 2 in. Bring to a boil; boil for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; cover and let stand for 1 to 4 hours or until beans are softened. Drain and rinse beans, discarding liquid., Return beans to pan. Cover with fresh water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour or until beans are tender. , Drain, reserving liquid. Combine beans, 1 cup liquid and remaining ingredients in a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 1-1/4 hours or until beans are tender, stirring occasionally (add additional reserved liquid if needed).
