Mountain Dew Pound Cake Recipes

Steps:

• 1. Preheat oven to 325.
• 2. Lightly grease and flour 10 cup bundt pan.
• 3. In a large bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mix.
• 4. Add soda, oil and eggs.
• 5. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
• 6. Pour batter into prepared pan, and bake 50 minutes, check with wooden pick.

• To make the topping: In a saucepan, combine pineapple (with juice), sugar and corn starch. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Remove from heat. Add butter and coconut. Spread topping evenly over cake.
