MYSTICAL BARS
Makes a pretty "In a Jar" gift. Simply layer the dry ingredients in a glass jar and add the directions along with the butter and condensed milk to a tag to accompany the jar.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Remove from oven.
- Place all other ingredients into a large bowl. Add sweetened condensed milk and stir with a spoon until well blended.
- Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. All to cool in pan on wire rack for five minutes. Cut into bars and allow to cool completely.
