Oatmeal Raisin Energy Bites Recipe by Tasty image

Steps:

  • Mix oats, almond butter and honey in a large bowl.
  • Add raisins, pecans, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Mix.
  • Place bowl in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes, or until the mixture has solidified.
  • Mold mixture into bite-sized balls.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Enjoy!

Oatmeal Cookie Energy Bites image

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until well mixed.
  • Roll into 18 bite-size balls with wet hands to keep the mixture from sticking to you (or use a melon scooper to help). Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
