My sister made these sandwiches for our family reunion and my pickiest eater has told me they're her favorite food. The crackers really add a lot of butter flavor!

- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine shredded chicken, condensed soup, poultry seasoning and crushed crackers. Cook, stirring frequently, until mixture is hot, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve on buns.

- 1. Place chicken undrained in cooker. Break up the chunks to shred. 2. Add chicken broth to cover and bring to a low boil and continue to break up chicken and stir often. 3. Cook until most of the broth is gone and there's enough left to add Wondra to thicken and make a sauce. 4. Continue to stir until chicken is thick enough for sandwiches (kind of like sloppy joe consistency.) 5. If you need to add a little chicken broth do. Serve on toasted buns, lettuce wraps or tortillas
