- For the almond butter chicken wing marinade: Put almond butter, agave, garlic, lime zest, cayenne pepper, black pepper, fish sauce, water, and lime juice in a large bowl, stir to incorporate and reserve. For the almond butter chicken wings: Score the chicken wings to allow the marinade to penetrate the meat. Put the chicken wings in the almond butter marinade. Massage the wings in the marinade and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper. Put the wings on a tray and bake in the oven, turning them over half way through the cooking time, until the meat is cooked and the wings are crisp and golden brown, approximately 30 to 45 minutes.

Steps:
- Cut wings at joints.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Be sure wings are thawed and dry them well with paper towels.
- Combine flour, paprika, garlic salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper in a plastic bag.
- Shake to mix ingredients and add wings.
- Line a large baking sheet with Release foil and melt the butter on it. ( Makes for easy clean up.).
- Add wings to pan and turn to coat.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Turn wings over and bake for 15 more minutes or until crispy and done.

- Pour arrowroot, salt and pepper into a ziploc bag, then add the chicken and shake so that chicken is coated. Place chicken directly onto a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Spray wings with nonstick spray, then bake chicken for approximately 30 minutes, flipping half way through, until chicken is cooked all the way.
