Steps:
- Agrega el agua hirviendo a la gelatina en polvo mezclada con el azúcar en un tazón mediano; revuelve durante 2 min. o hasta que la gelatina esté completamente disuelta. Incorpórale el agua fría.
- Viértela en 6 vasitos de papel o de plástico. Congélala durante 2 horas o hasta que la gelatina esté casi firme. Inserta una paleta de madera o una cucharita de plástico al centro de cada vasito.
- Congela las paletas durante 3 horas o hasta que estén firmes. Saca las paletas de los vasitos antes de servirlas.

- Licúa las fresas con la polvo para bebida hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea; viértela en 6 tacitas plásticas o de papel. Congélalas durante 1 hora.
- Inserta una paleta de madera al centro de cada tacita. Congélalas durante 3 horas más o hasta que estén firmes.
- Saca las paletas heladas de las tacitas justo antes de servirlas.

- Blend: Choose the fruit you want to use, then divide it in half. Finely chop half of the fruit and set it aside. Put the remaining fruit in a blender, along with the sugar and lime juice. Blender until smooth, adding a splash of water as needed to get things moving.
- Mold: Stir chopped fruit into blended mixture. Pour into molds, leaving a little space at the top for them to expand. Firmly tap the mold on the counter to remove any air bubbles. Insert sticks and freeze until hard (at least 4 hours).
- Serve: Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them up, then remove from the mold.
